According to WHO healthy means it is free from disease conditions both physical and mental. Furthermore, WHO states that in addition to being physically and mentally healthy, a person is said to be truly healthy, which is not only physically and mentally healthy, but also in terms of social welfare. Freely social welfare can be interpreted as financial ability and social relations with other individuals, namely family and society.
But have you realized that in essence according to WHO as well, in the whole world today (which may amount to approximately 6 billion) only 15% of them are actually in good health. 15% are sick people, i.e. patients treated or in hospital treatment. Then, where is the rest? It is said that 70% of people today are in a healthy condition with problems. What does it mean? Most of them appear to be healthy but actually save health problems. Like having high blood pressure, if in optimal conditions this person will not appear to have hypertension, except when his blood pressure is measured with a spignomanometer or what is known in Indonesia is a blood pressure gauge. Then also for example have problems such as dizziness, weakness, farsighted eyes, lack of hearing, heart disease, etc. In other words, from the outside we see that the person looks fine but actually in that situation the person has a health problem and is not included in the category of illness that must be treated in hospital.
You can certainly imagine other examples of people with healthy but problematic conditions. Of course if the problem is not resolved or acted upon later the problem will strengthen so that our bodies become sick.
Then what is the highest cause of death in the world?
Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Health reported that 1 in 3 people suffer from this disease, namely:
- Coronary heart
- Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
- Diabetes mellitus

Whether we realize it or not, more and more people are now suffering from the disease above. In the world of heart disease was ranked first suffered by people, while in Indonesia stroke was the highest position. We can see in the chart below:
thus we can realize from now on that in fact most of us are included in the healthy category but have problems. Of course we should be aware, that every person is not the same problem in nature, but has in common that if not overcome the problem will make a bad impact on our bodies. Many things we can do so that the problem does not get worse and impact for example a healthy lifestyle, adequate rest and exercise.
In the next discussion we will both add insights in this matter.
